✅ Can I register templates as premium(paid)?
Yes, you can register the template as a Premium (Paid) item and generate revenue.
Template licenses are categorized into two types: Standard (Free) and Premium (Paid).
A Standard (Free) license allows MiriCanvas users to use the template free of charge.
A Premium (Paid) license is available to MiriCanvas users who are PRO subscribers or who purchase the template individually, thereby using it on a paid basis.
Templates under the Standard (Free) license do not generate any revenue. If you wish to earn revenue, you must upload your templates under the Premium (Paid) license.
In addition, if paid elements within a template are downloaded and used by a user, revenue will be generated according to the Element Royalty Policy.
✅ How are registered templates settled?
When a template is used (either through purchase or download), two types of revenue may be generated:
1. Template revenue, which is determined by a fixed unit price under the subscription license.
2. Element revenue, which is calculated according to the Element Royalty Policy, as explained above.
✅ Can I check the usage of the template?
Unfortunately, we currently do not support the feature to check the use of the template.
Efforts will be made to provide this feature as soon as possible.
✅ If I use elements from other contributors in my template, will I receive royalties for those elements?
No, you can use other contributors' elements in the template, but the royalties generated from the usage of those elements will be settled by the original contributor according to the existing royalty policy.
✅ How can I check the registered template?
Select the template you want to check in "My Content Management" > "Template" and copy the template ID.
- e.g. idx:9999999
If you want to check only your templates, search for 'creator:username' in the 'Creator' library.
- e.g. creator:MiriCanvas
✅ Are there any precautions in entering metadata?
When submitting a template, words describing the format or type such as "template", "presentation", and etc. should not be included in the template name, keywords, etc. of the metadata.
✅ Do I have to use a MiriCanvas PRO account to register a template?
You can register a template using a MiriCanvas free account.
Even if the watermark is visible in the document you created, PRO subscription users can use it without watermarks.
✅ Can I attach the link generated by pressing the share button?
No, you need to enter the address in the address bar that appears when creating a document in MiriCanvas.
✅ Encountering "No template type of the same size available" message.
Please change the document size according to the template type.
You can change the document size in the upper left corner of the MiriCanvas editor.
✅ Can I delete the templates that requested approval?
You should not delete the document that requested approval.
Deletion will result in a registration failure.
✅ Can I modify templates in the pending review stage?
If you make changes to the template under review, the resulting template's thumbnail and content may differ.
In this case, it can be hidden for administrator review.
Please do not modify until the review is complete.
✅ Can I submit multiple templates with one URL?
No, it is not possible. Only one template can be submitted for one URL.
If you submit multiple templates in one URL, it may be rejected during template review.
Additionally, if you design a new template within an already submitted document, it will overwrite the existing design.
✅ How long does the template review process take?
Templates are reviewed in the order of submission and may take between 5 and 14 days.
Due to a surge in submissions, the review period may be delayed.
✅ Can I submit the template I made to other platforms?
Yes, as MiriCanvas provides non-exclusivity for template designs, you can submit them to other platforms.
However, on certain occasions, MiriCanvas may insist on exclusive provision or it might not be possible to submit.

✅ Why does the registered element appear differently from the original design?
In some cases, elements that are successfully registered through the DesignHub may appear distorted or altered when used in Miricanvas, as shown below.
There are two main causes for this issue:
1. The original file is damaged or corrupted.
2. The design format is not compatible with Miricanvas.
If element distortion errors occur due to the above reasons, they may display correctly in the new editor of Miricanvas!
Please check using the new editor.
If the same issue persists in the new editor, unfortunately, the element cannot be serviced on Miricanvas.
In such cases, we kindly recommend that you manually set the element to “HIDDEN” via the Design Hub ‘Element’ page.
The Miricanvas Design Hub team is also continuously monitoring and reviewing such content.
If an element is marked as “HIDDEN” or “INACTIVE” by the administrator due to the above reasons, no penalties will be imposed, so please rest assured.
We will continue doing our best to provide a more stable and pleasant service experience.
