The methods for deleting and hiding content are as follows:
How to delete the contents?
1) Delete the "Awaiting Review" content
If you wish to delete content that is awaiting review, you may delete it by yourself. Please select and delete the content you want to remove from the 'Content Upload' > 'Awaiting Review' page.
*Caution!
-
Only content in the "Awaiting Review" status can be deleted.
-
If deletion is not possible, the content is under review, and no separate deletion action can be taken.
2) Delete the rejected file
After the administrator has reviewed and rejected the file, you will have the ability to delete the rejected
content on your own. To do so, navigate to the 'Upload Content' > 'Reject' page and select the files you
wish to delete.
How to hide the approved Contents
If you no longer wish to service some of the approved contents, you may directly hide the contents on your own. The method to make contents 'Hidden' is as follows.
1) Select the approved contents you want to hide on the 'Element' page, and click the 'Revision' on the
upper-right side or the 'Metadata batch modification' on the right side.
*If you want to hide the multiple elements at once, please refer to the document titled
"How to edit multiple elements with CSV file".
2) Change the 'Status' item to 'Hidden' on the right sidebar, and click the 'Modifications completed'
button.
3) The 'Hidden' mark will appear on the upper-right side of the hidden contents.
*Caution!
- 'Hidden' contents will no longer appear on the MiriCanvas. However, if it has been used on the template or customers' design, those contents will be maintained.
- Once the contents are set to 'Hidden', it won't be able to be Active status.
- Contents that potentially infringe upon the rights of third parties including copyrights, portrait rights, and property rights shall NOT be 'hidden' but must be made 'Inactive' to prevent their usage in the templates and customers' design. If you want to change the status of these contents to 'Inactive', please submit a request and File ID of the contents through the Help Desk of DesignHub.
- Please note that content that has been registered even once cannot be uploaded again.
How to find the File ID of the approved Contents
For the contents that potentially infringe upon the rights of third parties, including copyrights,
portrait rights, and property rights, please submit a request through the Help Desk to make them
'Inactive'.
To expedite the processing of your request, please provide the File Name and File ID of the
content you want to make Inactive. The File ID of the approved contents can be found by clicking the
( i ) icon on the right side of DesignHub, in the panel that shows Element details.
If you provide us with the File ID of a registered content and request its deactivation, the administrator
will review your request and decide whether to proceed with deactivation.
Contents that potentially infringe upon the rights of third parties, including copyrights, portrait rights, and property rights, will be subject to deactivation.
On the other hand, if the content has minor quality issues, the contributor can choose to directly change the status to 'hidden'.
