Editing Contents - How to edit multiple elements on web page
1. Click [Manage My Contents] > [Element] after login to DesignHub
2. Click elements that you want to edit and click "Revision" on the upper right corner.
Alternatively, you can click the "Metadata batch modification" on the right sidebar.
3. On the right sidebar, you can simultaneously edit element names, keywords, and exposure status of mulitple elements.
- [Content Type]
- You can edit content type of JPG, PNG types.
- But if the elements of other extenstions are selected together, you can't change the content type.
- JPG: Photo <-> Background
- PNG: PNG element <-> Photo(Cut-out)
- [Element Name]
- You can edit the element name within 100 letters.
- [Keywords]
- You can delete or add keywords.
- The keywords can be entered up to 25.
- [Status]
- You can change the status of your element to 'Hidden'.
- However, elements once made 'Hidden' cannot be made 'Active' again.
*Caution!
- 'Hidden' elements will be hidden on the MiriCanvas. However, if they were used in templates or users' designs, the elements will be retained and may be used, downloaded and printed. Royalties generated from the above usage will be calculated the same as royalties generated from 'Active' elements.
- Elements with copyright/portrait rights issues should be changed to 'Inactive' rather than 'Hidden' so that they cannot be used in the templates and users' designs where the elements are used. If you want to change it to 'Inactive', please submit it to the Help desk along with the element ID and reason.
- It can take 1-2 days to reflect the edited information to MiriCanvas.
4. After entering information, click the 'Modifications completed' button.
