Create Collection Guide

✅ What is a Collection?

The "Collection" feature helps you group elements created with the same style, theme, concept, or subject.

If you have submitted such elements, would you want to create collections yourself?

You can create Collections on the [Element] page of DesignHub.

After accessing the [Element] page, click the icon at the top right and set your desired search conditions.

✅ Creating a Collection

There are two main ways to create a collection. For more details, please refer to the following guide.

📢 Please read this before creating your collection

• A collection should include a minimum of 6 elements.
• A collection can only include elements of the same content type.
• An element can be included only in one collection.
• The maximum number of collections that can be created is limited. This limit can be increased or decreased at the administrator's discretion.
• Collections do not go through a separate review process. But if an inappropriate collection is found after registration, it's status may be set to HIDDEN at the administrator's discretion.

1️⃣ First Method to Create a Collection

① Click the icon on the right.

② Select the elements to be included in the collection and then click "+ Add element to collection" at the top. Once all elements are added, click "Next".

③ Enter the collection metadata according to the below guidelines.

1	Collection Name	Set the name of the Collection. The name of the Collection will be visible to Miricanvas users, so please enter it correctly. Name the collection based on the common features of the elements. Examples of Collection Names Hello, I'm a cute red bear Ready to enjoy the sea Cute animal friends in various poses and situations Happy shopping time Cute tableware Cute line drawing animals Depiction of people in yellow and gray Delicious Japanese street snacks All the bread lovers unite! The following words should not be included in the name of the Collection: ~ Collection, ~ Compilation, ~ Bundle Examples of Inappropriate Collection Names Valentine's Day Illustration Collection Cherry Blossom Drawing Compilation Compilation of National Flags People of Various Races Bundle Natural Gesture Collection Emotion Expression Compilation Street Snack Bundle If you set an inappropriate Collection name, it may be modified or made HIDDEN upon review by the administrator.
2	Keywords	Set the keywords for the Collection. We recommend entering keywords that are the common features of the Elements and relevant to the created Collection, rather than keywords related to individual Elements. In addition to manually adding keywords, you can easily add keywords through the "All Keywords of Selected Content" section. You can enter up to 25 keywords, and duplicate entries are not allowed. If keywords unrelated to the Collection are included, they may be modified or made HIDDEN upon review by the administrator.
3	All Keywords of Selected Elements	This section shows all the keywords of each Element included. You can easily include keywords in the Collection by clicking on the keywords in this section. Common keywords included in all Elements are displayed in blue. If you add keywords unrelated to the created Collection, they may be modified or made HIDDEN upon review by the administrator.
4	Element ID	This section shows the list of Element IDs of the Elements included. The first 4 Element IDs will be displayed as the Collection Thumbnail. The order of exposure of the Elements is determined by the order in which they were added as Collection Elements in the previous step. A collection should include a minimum of 6 Elements, and all Elements included in a Collection must be of the same content type. If you create a Collection with unrelated Elements, it may be made HIDDEN upon review by the administrator.
5	Add by Entering Element ID	If there are Elements that were not added in the previous step, you can add them using this section. If you want to add an Element, please follow the steps below: 1. Enter the Element ID in this section (use commas as separators if adding multiple IDs). 2. Click "ENTER" 3. Click the "Add" button on the right If you create a Collection with unrelated Elements, it may be made HIDDEN upon review by the administrator.

④ Once all information is entered, click "Register". The registered collection can be checked on the [Collection] page.

 

2️⃣ Second Method to Create a Collection

① Select all elements you want to create a collection with.

② Click "Create a collection" in the right panel. If the button is not visible, click the icon on the right.

③ Click the "Next" button.

④ Enter the metadata for the collection. Refer to the 1️⃣ First Method to Create a Collection > ③ for how to enter the metadata.

⑤ Once all information is entered, click "Register". The registered collection can be checked on the [Collection] page.
