How to Apply for Reduced Tax Rate

You can apply the reduced tax rate through the following method.

1. Selection of Applying Reduced Tax Rate

To apply for the reduced tax rate, please select 'I would like to apply the reduced tax rate by submitting the required documentation' in the 'Settlement Information'

2. Submitting a Passport

• • As an identity document, you must submit a passport, not a My Card or ID Card.
  • The passport can be submitted in the popup that appears after selecting "Settlement Information' in DesignHub -> 'Attachment' -> 'Identification (Passport)'.

3. Submitting a Certificate of Residence

1. • Please submit a certificate of residence issued by the government within the last 6 months.
   • Your name and country of residence must be clearly verified.
   • The certificate of residence can be submitted in the popup that appears after selecting "Settlement Information' in DesignHub -> 'Attachment' -> 'Residence Certificate'.

4. Filling Out the Reduced Tax Rate Application Form

1. Click the 'Download Reduced Tax Rate Application Form' button on the 'Settlement Information' page of DesignHub and prepare the application form in PDF format.
2. Enter the necessary information in ONLY the Korean version on Page 1.
3. The English version on Page 3 is for REFERENCE ONLY. If you submit the application form using the English version, your document may be rejected. Please make sure to use the Korean version on Page 1.
4. Refer to the following information for the necessary details.
