How to extract elements for each objects

Contents provided from you may be used in customers' designs and for this purpose obejctification in accordance with MiriCanvas service regulations is required. 

 

PNG Element Extraction Method

1. File Import

  • Load the PSD or PNG file in Photoshop and click the  icon in the Layers panel to make the background transparent.
  • Remove any shadow effects, as well as other visual effects applied to the element.
  • Remove any shadow effects, other effects, and typography using simple shapes or fonts in the elements. 
  • For detailed criteria on elements that cannot be serviced to MiriCanvas, please refer to the Contents Review Criteria

 

2. Cropping Elements 

  • Crop the image to separated using the cropping tool  in Photoshop.
  • Crop it to match the image size.
  • After cropping, check if the element fits the maximum/minimum size (Check the Technical Requirement)

    • The minimum size is based on the shortest axis within the element
  • Make sure to make the artboard transparent
  • [Note] PNG files that do not meet the minimum size requirements will not be resized and registered separately.

 

3. Saving the File 

  • Save the cropped image as a PNG format using File > Save As.
  • Please refer to the following guidelines when naming the file: 
    • Only English and Korean are allowed
    • Avoid using file extension in the file name.
    • Limit the file name to 240 characters or fewer.

 

 

SVG Element Extraction Method

1. File Import

  • Load the AI or EPS file in Illustrator
  • Remove any shadow effects, other effects and typography using simple shapes or fonts in the elements.
  • Remove any complex shapes, elements that are difficult to recognize, and typographic elements that use fonts.
  • For more detailed instructions, please refer to the guideline of How to Convert EPS and AI to SVG.
  • For detailed criteria on elements that cannot be serviced to MiriCanvas, please refer to the Contents Review Criteria

 

2. Saving the Element

  • If you have created an SVG following the How to Convert EPS and AI to SVG , please make sure it fits the maximum/minimum size of the artboard. (Check the Technical Requirement)
    • Artboard size = SVG element size
    • Mkae sure to make the artboard transparent
    • File Extension Minimum resolution(dpi) Minimum Resolution(px) Maximum resolution(px)

  • Adjust the size of artboard to match the size of the separated source using the illustrator menu :Object > Artboard > Fit the Artwork Bounds.
  • Select all objects in the layer and group them.

 

3. Saving the Element

  • Save the cropped image as an SVG format using File > Save As
  • Before saving as SVG, group all objects by selecting them.
  • Please refer to the image below for edetailed saving options.
  • Please consider the following guidelines when naming the file:
    • Only English and Korean are allowed
