Technical Issue

Users of MiriCanvas can use your content for commercial purposes.

Therefore, please submit contents that are proper and eligible to be used commercially.

Contents described in the Content Review - Legal Issue, Content Review - Technical Issue, and

Content Review - Quality Issue documents cannot be submitted.

Common Issues	1. Content containing QR codes, links, barcodes, etc. Content that includes QR codes, links, barcodes, or similar elements to access other pages cannot be submitted and may be rejected upon review by the administrator. Submitting such content may result in restrictions on the use of your DesignHub account.
	2. Content that does not adhere to the Technical Requirement such as resolution and pixel size.
	3. Content suspected to be AI-generated but without ticking the AI checkbox.
	4. Submission of content that does not comply with the content types guided by DesignHub For detailed information on content types, please refer to the "At-a-Glance Content Types" document.
	5. Submission of content types not supported by MiriCanvas For detailed information on content types, please refer to the "At-a-Glance Content Types" document.
	6. Use of #FFFFFF and #353840 colors When using #FFFFFF and #353840 colors, elements may not be visible as they match the colors of the MiriCanvas Design Page.
	7. Inclusion of unrelated keywords in the submitted content
Photo	1. Photos taken with non-professional equipment (including smartphones) Photos taken with non-professional equipment, including smartphones, are not eligible for submission according to our policy. Please submit photos taken with professional camera equipment. To ensure a commercially usable level of quality, please submit photos taken with sufficient lighting and stable composition. Submitting photos taken with a phone camera as PNG elements may result in restrictions on DesignHub usage.
	2. Photos with extreme aspect ratios, longer or shorter than 16:9
	3. AI generated content Please note that the AI-generated image should not be submitted as a "Photo". "Photo" refers exclusively to real photographs taken by a digital camera.
Element	1. Content that does not have "preserveRatio" checked and may have distorted proportions when uploaded to MiriCanvas.
	2. Using an excessive number of colors when creating an SVG element For content with an excessive number of colors, please submit them as PNG elements.
	3. SVG elements using gradient colors For content using gradient colors, please submit them as PNG elements.
	4. GIF content without any animation
