Greetings from MiriCanvas DesignHub!
We appreciate that many creators have joined our MiriCanvas Contributor program since the launch of MiriCanvas DesignHub earlier in 2023. Thanks to passionate contributors, we have been able to provide various and fruitful elements that you’ve submitted.
However, with the surge in contributors, we have encountered a significant issue: an overwhelming amount of inappropriate content is being submitted. This has led to considerable time consumption in content review, ultimately causing delays in the review process. As a result, some of our content contributors have experienced considerable inconvenience in using DesignHub.
To alleviate these inconveniences, we plan to gradually refine the content submission and review process within DesignHub by the end of this year. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience from all our contributors during this period.
Limit on Number of Pending Contents
A submission limit has now been implemented to all contributors.
Contributors who meet the criteria will find their default submission capacity capped at a maximum of 20 items.
In other words, You can maintain up to 20 contents in ‘Pending’ status.
- For example, if you currently have 10 contents currently in ‘Pending’ status, you may only submit (or request a review for) an additional 10 new contents.
Applicable to
- Contributor who registered after December 7th, 2023(UTC+9)
- Contributor who prior to this date but have not yet submitted any content.
* The above is implemented starting on February 8th, 2024.
Adjustment of Submission Capacity Increase/Decrease
The number of submissions you are allowed to make may increase or decrease based on the administrator's review.
The criteria for such adjustments are detailed below.
Subjects for Adjustment of Submission Capacity Increase
The number of contents that can be submitted will be raised for contributors who fall under the following.
- Contributors who ratio and quality of approved content in the content review process are above a certain level
- Contributors who consistently submit correct content in compliance with the guidelines provided by our company
Subjects for Adjustment of Submission Capacity Decrease
The number of contents that can be submitted will be lowered for contributors who fall under the following.
- Contributors who submit content that could infringe on copyrights and lead to legal issues
- Contributors who repeatedly submit content that has already been rightfully rejected.
* The policy will be in effect starting January 26th, 2024.
Our company is committed to improving our processes to prevent the submission of inappropriate content and to accelerate the review of suitable content, fostering a positive and productive cycle.
