2) QUALITY CRITERIA
a. The cut-out photo that removed the background from the photo taken by a smartphone may be rejected.
b. The unsuitable content for MiriCanvas may be rejected.
c. The content hardly recognizable will be rejected.
d. The content applied extra high transparency will be rejected.
e. The content applied filter or effect will be rejected.
3) LEGAL CRITERIA
a. Please ensure you have the necessary Property Release and Portrait Release for your photos and submit the documents when requested.
i) The photo of the portrait shall be enclosed with the model release accordingly.
ii) The photo containing the object or property of the third party shall be enclosed with the property
release.
ex) landmarks, buildings, and cars.
b. The content shall be available to use for commercial purposes.
i) The contents produced by your client's order or possessed by your client shall not be submitted and
may be rejected.
c. The photo containing the following content shall not be submitted and may be rejected.
i) The third party's copyright object ex)Artwork, statue, architecture
ii) Logo, trademark of the third party
iii) Defamatory, violent, illegal and obscene content
d. The copyright of content shall be contributor's and it shall not constitute any infringement.
