"depression is a psychological state in which one's mood is not cheerful

A study published in the medical journal MedicalTimes in February 2023 showed
that among patients who were discharged after hospitalization for mental illness,
those with depression had the highest suicide rate.
According to statistics from 2018, the number of patients who died within 30 days of
being discharged from hospitalization for depression was 364.4 per 100,000 people,
and the standardized mortality rate for patients aged 30-39 was the highest at 114.9.
In addition, the standardized mortality rate for female patients was 107.5,
about twice that of male patients.
Until 2011, the age distribution of depression patients was highest among those aged 60-80,
but in 2018, those aged 20-40 had the highest percentage.
This trend indicates that the age structure of depression patients is changing.
As conflicts in various aspects such as countries, races, cultures,
and economics increase worldwide, the number of depression patients is also increasing.
Despite the fact that depression is a global trend, there is still a serious concern about
negative social perceptions of depression and an indifferent attitude toward depression patients.

Mountain

which is a compound word of "phyton", meaning plants, and "cide",

Phytoncides have various effects, including mental stability, stress relief,
immune function and lung function enhancement, blood pressure
and blood sugar regulation, and cholesterol improvement.
The amount of phytoncides released by the forest reaches its maximum
in summer when the temperature rises.
(In summer, for example, 100g of pine tree contains 40ml of phytoncides,
while winter contains only 2.5ml.)
Therefore, a lot of tourists visit mountains in summer.
This summer, a lot of people will look for mountains full of fragrant phytoncides.

The world's average annual consumption of seafood per person was only 9.9kg in the 1960s,

As of 2019, South Korea had the highest per capita consumption of seafood in the world, at 69.9kg. According to statistics, Koreans consume 182 different types of seafood,
